Leonardo SGR SpA, controlled entirely by Gruppo Banca Leonardo SpA, was established in Milan on 30th July 1997 under the business name Gi Quattro Gestione Fondi SpA, and the current name was acquired on 29th May 2009.  It is registered under no. 59 of the Investment Management Companies Regsiter, controlled by Banca d'Italia.

The SGR carries out collective fund management as well as individual portfolio management.

Leonardo SGR SpA has headquarters in Milan, Via Broletto 46, with Euro 2.000.000 of share capital.  The tax code and business register no. is 12217550156.
